SIA "Jaunķemeru ceļš", registration number 40103936998, address Jūrmala, Jaunķemeru ceļš 1, LV-2012, hereinafter - the online shop - provides the content available on the website and provides goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.

1. General Terms
If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such mutual agreement shall be deemed a Distance Contract and shall be subject to the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts including, but not limited to, the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulations "Regulations on Distance Contract", etc.

2. Making purchases
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online shop are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping basket. Fill in all the necessary fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order including delivery is then displayed on the screen. Checkout to complete your order.

3. Payment terms
The currency of payment on the Site is the Euro. The purchase can be paid by selecting the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv , Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian Internet banking payments.
- Estonian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Lithuanian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
- Finnish online banking payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
- Visa/Mastercard payments
NB: If you use an online banking payment method, confirm your order and click on the "Return to merchant" button.
The personal data required for payment is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The Agreement shall become effective upon successful payment to the online shop's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.

4. Delivery Terms
The minimum rental period for a Camping Cabin is 2 days. After payment in the online shop, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. Check-in on the booked date from 13:00; check-out by 12:00.

5. Reservation and cancellation rules camping Neptune
When making a payment in the online shop and booking a cottage, it is not possible to cancel after the transaction has taken place. In the event of circumstances that prevent the arrival, the right to book may be transferred to a third party.

• The mobile home is non-smoking. Fine for smoking indoors – 200 EUR.

• Animals - it is allowed to stay with an animal (cat or dog), with prior agreement. A separate fee for the stay of the animal is not applied.

• All camping prices are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice.

• You can make a reservation through the website www.restoransneptuns.lv or by requesting an invoice for the specific reservation period by writing to dace@restoransneptuns.lv.

• The reservation can be canceled within 72 hours of making the reservation without penalty. For cancellation within 72 hours, 2% of the transaction amount is deducted to cover transaction expenses.

• If the reservation is canceled 60 (sixty) days before the reserved date, 50% of the reservation amount is deducted.

• In case of cancellation of a late reservation (less than 60 days), the reservation fee is not returned.

• When ordering a place at the campsite, the reservation amount is 20 euros. The reservation amount paid upon arrival covers 1 tent place and 1 person. Surcharge for other persons and electricity must be paid upon arrival. Arrival from 12 to 18 (with advance notice until 21). In case of no-show, the reserved place is canceled without refund. When making a reservation, please indicate whether you will be coming with a tent, camper or trailer.

 
6. Processing of the Buyer's personal data
The online shop processes only the personal data entered by the buyer when ordering the goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.
The online shop transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) in order to ensure the provision of the service.

7. Dispute resolution
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through their own negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to a court of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer shall also have the right to apply to the dispute settlement bodies of the European Union.
